The multi-talented Mr. Thomas Swift is a smutty cartoonist

And yet he denies it on Minnpost

"my interactions with Eric [Black] are always highly entertaining, sometimes informative and my references to him have never included "smut"; written, verbally, pictorally or otherwise; here or anywhere else."
